Ils sont fabriqués à partir de blocs de pierre naturelle : ils présentent des caractéristiques exclusives, uniques et irremplaçables, telles que des veines de couleur dans différentes nuances, et peuvent différer des images de référence, des modèles réduits et des échantillons fournis. Toutes les références sont toujours indicatives afin de faciliter la compréhension du client.
En raison de ses caractéristiques naturelles, le bloc peut présenter des fissures ou des fractures aux endroits les plus fragiles, car celles-ci sont imprévisibles. Les imperfections présentes, attribuables au caractère naturel des pierres, peuvent être collées ou traitées à la résine, mais elles ne constituent pas un défaut.
Un emballage adéquat est utilisé pour garantir la sécurité du produit pendant le transport. Des caisses en bois maintiennent les produits dans une position appropriée et efficace. Le client doit ouvrir et inspecter le matériel dans les huit (8) jours suivant sa réception, conformément au délai légal. En cas de casse, le client doit le signaler dans ce délai pour pouvoir bénéficier de la garantie. Assemblez selon les instructions suggérées.
