JinaShilp coffee table translates the quiet discipline of Jain temple architecture into a refined object for contemporary living. Designed by Karan Desai for Serafini, the piece draws from the vertical structure of carved pillars, reinterpreting their essence into a subtle and functional form. The design is grounded in a strong base that rises through a sequence of layered elements, creating a sense of balance and continuity. JinaShilp coffee table is conceived not only as furniture but as a living presence within the space. It responds to the need for harmony between objects and environment, integrating nature directly into its structure. INTEGRATION
Function, nature and sculptural composition
The design brings together multiple functions within a single unified form. The table acts simultaneously as a surface, a sculptural object and a space for greenery. Designed by Karan Desai for Serafini, the central planter becomes an integral part of the composition, allowing natural elements to emerge directly from the structure rather than being added externally. This integration creates a dialogue between built form and living presence, reinforcing the idea of balance and growth. The composition follows a vertical logic inspired by temple pillars, where each layer contributes to rhythm and proportion. Sono realizzati con blocchi di pietra naturale: presentano caratteristiche esclusive, uniche e irripetibili, come venature di colore in diverse tonalità, e possono differire dalle immagini di riferimento, dai modelli in scala e dai campioni forniti. Tutti i riferimenti sono sempre indicativi per facilitare la comprensione da parte del cliente.
Il blocco, a causa delle sue caratteristiche naturali, può potenzialmente presentare crepe o fratture nei punti di maggiore fragilità, in quanto queste sono imprevedibili. Eventuali imperfezioni presenti, attribuibili alla naturalezza delle pietre, possono essere incollate o trattate con resina, ma non costituiscono un difetto.
Per garantire la sicurezza del prodotto durante la spedizione viene utilizzato un imballaggio adeguato. Le casse di legno fissano i prodotti nella posizione corretta ed efficiente. Il cliente deve aprire e ispezionare il materiale entro otto (8) giorni dal ricevimento, in conformità con il termine legale. In caso di rottura, il cliente deve segnalarla entro tale termine per avere diritto alla garanzia. Assemblare secondo le istruzioni suggerite.
