Roll Ball Freestanding è realizzato da un unico blocco, inizialmente tagliato tramite una monolama, poi fresato su tutti i lati da un robot a 5 assi, che in questo modo ne scolpisce e definisce la forma. Al termine di queste lavorazioni i nostri esperti artigiani lavorano e finiranno il pezzo secondo le indicazioni del cliente. Per quanto riguarda la realizzazione della palla le lavorazioni sono le medesime, variano solo dimensioni e misure. Per quanto riguarda la base invece, anche questa viene ricavata da un unico pezzo di marmo tagliato però tramite un filo, il cilindro così ottenuto verrà poi fresato da un robot a cinque assi. Terminate tutte le lavorazioni tutti i pezzi verranno assemblati creando così il Roll Ball Freestanding.
