The console is carved from two contrasting slabs layered atop one another, one black and one white, for a dramatic visual effect that furthers the dichotomy between the fluid curves and heavy lines. The sense of mutability in Natale’s design amplifies the raw beauty in marble, creating a unique illusion of motion within solid stone.
The Onda console is a nuanced design featuring a wave-like sense of movement from multiple perspectives. Both console legs utilise an alternative interpretation of the undulated design; one side presents heavy and solid, carved from a single block of stone, while the other offers a two-dimensional view of the fluid Onda patterning. From above, the scalloped-edge design sits flushed with the mirrored bullnose top, contrasting the Pagoda marble with softly curved Paonazza.

The Onda design is best interpreted as a harmonious balance of Greco-Roman architecture and luxurious modern intention. By referencing Doric Columns from Antiquity, Natale focused on the strength and security these motifs presented in historical architecture, translating neoclassicism to contemporary furniture design. The success of contrasting historical elements with the maxim of form has heavily influenced the piece’s function. A melodious culmination of stone and fluid wave patterning amplifies the structural uniqueness Natale intended for the Onda Console.
About
The Onda console is intended as a feature table for an entry or hallway. Highly decorative in its design, Onda is best utilised as an adorning item of furniture, celebrating the functional aspect of carved stone. At 1250mm across, the Nero Pagoda top offers a spacious platform for decorative elements and bespoke sculptural items best presented in an entry or foyer. The supporting legs stand 800mm tall, elevating décor to an impactful perspective. Onda is a bold sculptural piece celebrating design elements such as line, form and material in balanced harmony, successfully appealing to a luxury market. The intricate veining of the Serafini exclusive marble presented through emphasised proportions means that it can stand in its artistry without the necessity of additional adorations.

They feature exclusive, unique, and unrepeatable characteristics, such as color veins in different shades, and may differ from reference images, scale models, and sample materials provided. All references are always indicative to facilitate customer understanding.
The block, due to its natural characteristics, may potentially present cracks or fractures where there is greater fragility, as these are unpredictable. Any imperfections present, attributable to the naturalness of the stones, may be glued or resin-treated, but they do not constitute a defect.
Adequate packaging is used to ensure the safety of the product during shipment. Wooden crates secure the products in the appropriate and efficient position. The customer must open and inspect the material within eight (8) days of receipt, in compliance with the legal term. In case of breakage, the customer must report it within this period to be entitled to the warranty. Assemble according to the suggested instructions.
