The Slide freestanding washbasin was designed by Nicola Malachin while working at Serafini. With its distinctive shapes, Slide catches the eye and becomes a defining sink for the space in which it is placed. Its design gives life to moving shapes by creating a composition of several misaligned elements which have the potential to be practical as well as aesthetic. Slide's curved lines best emphasize the unique properties of marble, which will embellish the environment with the added value that this material bears.

MOVEMENT

Creating synergy between separate shapes.

Bring dynamism to the interior of your bathroom through the interplay of the offset circular shapes of this object. Slide will become an iconic element in your bathroom, letting the colors and veining of this luxurious natural stone captivate the beholder with its unique appeal. Each individual block that makes up Slide creates a 360-degree exploration of the rock of which it is composed.

About

Slide comes from the union of several blocks of marble treated in the same way and then assembled together. Once the block from which to make the pieces has been identified, this is cut by a single-blade machine. The pieces obtained are then milled and hollowed out by a five-axis robot. At the end of these processes, the resulting blocks are polished by hand by our skilled craftsmen, who will apply the finish chosen by the customer and assemble them to create the finished product, ready to be shipped anywhere in the world.
