The Tosca medium was designed and engineered by the skillful hand of Ester Zordan for Serafini. The design adds a new piece to the collection we all know today as "Opera Tosca," which includes two washbasins, "Tosca small and Tosca medium," and a bathtub, "Tosca bath." Due to the size and shape of this item, we can fully enjoy the properties of this fantastic material. Carved from a single block of marble, the Tosca medium provides an opportunity to observe the soul of the stone, its veins, and its stunning colors.

The spacious size and shape of this luxurious piece of Italian design enhance the characteristics of the marble to their fullest. The simple lines and shapes of the piece allow it to blend perfectly into any ambiance. The wide surface perfectly captures all the surrounding light and returns it with wonderful reflections given by the enchanting veining and striking colors of the marble.
About
Tosca medium is created from a single block of marble that the customer can handpick from among a variety of types that we have preselected, available in our catalog. After receiving information about the type of material and the chosen finish, we arrange to produce the piece as requested. It all begins with a single block of marble cut initially using a wire. Once it has been shaved down to the required dimensions, the block is passed to a five-axis robot that mills both the upper and lower parts of it. After this process is completed, our craftsmen are responsible for the finer handiwork, such as polishing the stone and applying the chosen finish. Once all these steps are completed, the finished piece is checked, packed, and shipped to wherever the customer desires.
